    500gr Shortribs

    150gr Milky Oyster Sauce, 1/2 cup Sugar

    1/2 cup of soy sauce

    3 cloves Garlic, finely diced

    1inch Fresh Ginger, peeled & sliced

    2 Leaves Spring Onion, chopped the white portion, green part thinly sliced

    1 tsp Sesame Oil

  • Add Chilli Sauce accordingly, add slice chilli if like Sesame seeds for garnish

Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. For marinating seasoning mix sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and the white part of spring onions, sesame oil and stir until mixed well.
  2. Soak shortribs for about 1-3 hours, or overnight is better. Leave some marinate seasoning for later
  3. Grill shortribs until cooked and serve with sliced spring onions (the green part), sesame seeds and brush lightly with some of the heated marinate seasoning.
