Spicy Oyster Sauce Ribs

150gr Milky Oyster Sauce, 1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup of soy sauce
3 cloves Garlic, finely diced
1inch Fresh Ginger, peeled & sliced
2 Leaves Spring Onion, chopped the white portion, green part thinly sliced
1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Add Chilli Sauce accordingly, add slice chilli if like Sesame seeds for garnish
Salt and Pepper to taste
- For marinating seasoning mix sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and the white part of spring onions, sesame oil and stir until mixed well.
- Soak shortribs for about 1-3 hours, or overnight is better. Leave some marinate seasoning for later
- Grill shortribs until cooked and serve with sliced spring onions (the green part), sesame seeds and brush lightly with some of the heated marinate seasoning.
